PRIVACY & POLICY
Please Arrive Early. In order to provide the best possible service, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New Clients and clients receiving spa treatments will need to fill out a short form. .
Running Late. We will do everything possible to accommodate you; however, in some cases, it may be necessary to shorten the service or reserve another time.
Cell Phones. When in the spa, we respectfully ask that cell phones be on silent or vibrate.
Payment. Payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit, and Personal Checks. An NSF Check has a $25.00 service charge.
Cancellations. Because your reserved appointment time is for you, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or the full fee is due. A fee is due for cancellations on ”same day” appointments. If you fail to show up or fail to give 24 hour cancellation notice using a gift certificate, that certificate becomes invalid. It’s only fair to our designers, therapists, and technicians to be paid for their time you scheduled.
Deposits. Three or more services require a 50% deposit (cash or credit card).
Jewelry. It’s best to arrange for your valuables prior to your visit. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.
Return Policy. 7 Day return policy applies to hair care products with receipt
Gift Certificates & Cards may be purchased for spa packages, individual services, or a specific amount. Gift certificates are not refundable and do not include gratuity.
For Your Satisfaction. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or you would like a fresh point of view, please tell us. We are a professional team and are pleased to have clients work with all members of our staff.
